I hate lifting Weights

I hate lifting weights. I know it is critical to my weight loss journey and making it to my goal weight. Unfortunately, I hate it! I would rather do hours of cardio then 15 minutes of lifting weights. I have found one thing that will occasionally inspire me to pick up my weights and do my workouts. This was one of those mornings. I usually can only do 3 pound weights for most of the workout but today I did 5 pound weights for the whole video!
